What we collect
From you. A callback or message request gives us your name, phone number, the place you want to search, your preferences, any email address you add and whatever you type. Please leave out passwords, Social Security numbers and bank or card details.
Automatically. Our server records your IP address, browser, the pages you open and when. If you reach us from an ad we may also see which campaign sent you. Advertising and measurement tools may collect similar technical data through cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
How we use it
- To return your call or reply to your message and to do the search help you ask for.
- To keep the site running, secure and free of spam.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To meet legal duties.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use your request for unrelated marketing.
Calls and texts
If you ask for a callback and tick the consent box, you agree that we may call or text the number you gave about your request, including with automated technology. Consent is never a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text, or tell us on a call, and we will stop.
We do not share phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
Companies that help us operate (hosting, email delivery, analytics and ad measurement) see what they need for that work. If you ask us to put you in touch with a licensed agent or lender, we pass along what you ask us to. We may disclose information when the law requires it or to protect people or rights.
How long we keep it
We keep requests and messages while we are helping you and for a reasonable time afterwards, normally up to 24 months unless the law requires more. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
Your choices and state privacy rights
Depending on your state (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Pennsylvania and others), you may be able to ask what personal information we hold, correct or delete it, and opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify who you are, and you can appeal a decision by replying to our answer. We do not penalize anyone for using these rights.

Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. This site is for adults and is not aimed at children under 13.
